Erik is originally from the Jersey Shore where he met his wife of 18 years Denise.  He has 2 boys, 22 and 16.  They have lived in Downingtown area for the last 12 years.  Erik enjoys the outdoors, skiing and cooking.  Before becoming a home inspector, he spent over 30 years in the paint and coatings industry as a technical salesperson.  Erik has always enjoyed teaching individuals through his vast technical knowledge of homes and their systems.  He does this by keeping the process personal to each and every client.  He spends the majority of his inspections teaching his clients about the largest purchase of their lives.  He is not interested in just servicing clients, he is interested in making friends.  As such, he will protect you like a friend.

Denise is also originally from the Jersey Shore.  In addition to raising her 2 boys, Denise loves to cook and entertain in her spare time.  Her background has always been in the marketing and merchandising industries.  She spends the majority of her time working closely with realtors and clients developing lifelong relationships.
